Job Description

1. Strong MS Excel and MS Power Point and Macros skills.

2. Experience in creating dashboards on Power BI.

3. HR analytics certification from recognized institute (Preferable)

4. Basic knowledge of R programming and Python.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Lead the creation of an HR data repository.

7. Assist HR Leadership in change management initiatives.

8. Lead the way on automation of HR data & reporting processes.

9. Build access to real-time data to drive decisions and monitor key HR processes.

10. Partner with the executive team, HR Business Partners, CoEs and other functions to understand and deliver on their analytics & visualization needs.
