Job Title :HR Business Partner


Functions : HR


Grade : AM / DM


Location : Bharuch

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, Execute & Drive all Talent Management initiatives within Organization in alignment with the TM Manager as per the People Vision.
  • Implement initiatives to nurture, develop & evolve the employee throughout the entire work life cycle at Organization
  • Execute various talent management processes right from induction of the employee within the organisation to separation.
  • Understand Competency-based assessment and help in Program Managing the Individual Development Plan and Development Journey.
  • Understand various psychometric assessments which will be used at various job families for recruitment & development purposes.
  • Help in integrating Competencies with Key HR Processes like TA, TM, PMS, CB
  • CB Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, performance management process
  • Program Manage Succession Planning and Management by focusing on talent & leadership development
  • Review the existing policies, benchmark them with the industry standards and support in improvisation wherever required


Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Must Have 60% in their academic qualifications.
Qualifications : M.B.A (HR)

Experience : Min 5 to 7 Years
