HR Executive Responsibilities include:

· End to End Employee Recruitment.

· Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress

· Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment

· Developing compensation and benefits plans

· Maintain & Follow the Show room Activities inside office & Floor as well

Job brief

We are looking for a HR Executive to join and lead our Human Resources department.

HR Executive Responsibilities include overseeing the employee life cycle process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Responsibilities

· Set objectives for the HR team and track progress

· Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

· Develop compensation and benefits plans

· Support and suggest improvements to the entire process

· Discuss & Cretae employees’ career development paths

· Monitor HR metrics

· Review Monthly activities

· Organize learning and development programs

· Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner

Requirements and skills

· Proven work experience as a HR or similar role

· Leadership skills

· Ability to foster healthy employee relations

· MBA / MSW degree in Human Resources Management

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
