Job Purpose

Riti Eye Care Hospital is recruiting HR executive to lead, manage and coordinate all HR activities to support ongoing business requirements. Responsibilities include developing HR policy, recruitment, leave management, training, and other admin support.


Reporting to

Chief Executive Officer

Job location: First 6 months at Gurugram at Riti eye care central office.

After 6 months at Riti eye care hospital, Prayagraj


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Monitor HR departments budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees grievances.
  • Create and run referral bonus programs.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Post graduate degree specialized in HR with 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • Must be willing to learn and be flexible in challenging/ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work in a growing, geographically distributed organization, and make scheduled calls with team members in each hospital
