We are Hiring HR Recruiter for a leading Recruitment Firm "Oxygent Consulting" based out of Delhi. The firm works for 50+ MNC companies (including major big brands in all the sectors) and operates from multiple office locations in Delhi NCR hiring on a Pan India basis.


Location - Work From Home

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 0.6 years-5 years of experience in Recruitment working with a recruitment firm apply,
  • Knowledge of operating Naukri Portal
  • Very Good Communication Skills in the English Language
  • Having Laptop & Broadband at home
  • Knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • The candidate should be eager to learn recruitment and the primary purpose for application is to learn and make a career in recruitment.
  • Candidate shall be required to source profiles from Naukri Portal
  • Minimum Daily Lineups shall be depending on the profile
  • work timings from 10 to 7.30 pm (6 days a week)(Sundays off)
  • Compensation to be made on 10th of every month

Handling end-to-end recruitment.

Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal.

Hands-on experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices


previous experience in BPO recruitment will be an added advantage.

Should have expertise in sourcing candidate through job portal, headhunting, social sites

Required Candidate profile

Should Have good Communication Skills
