We are an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company.

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager for the day to day managerial task which includes but is not limited to :

i) Record keeping of all the employees.

ii) A good understanding of Labour Laws.

iii) Preparing Salary with all the mandatory compliances such as EPF, ESIC etc.

iv) Keeping the track of employee performance (KPI).

v) Recruitments of the candidate(Talent Acquisition) when needed.

vi) Ability to draft communications with the authorities/Clients/Government Bodies.

vii) Keeping a healthy environment at work.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹10,672.00 - ₹25,322.00 per month
