Location: Tapukara/Bhiwadi, Dist - Alwar, Rajasthan

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for HR functions for Plant and Sales branch offices.
2. Responsible for Administration functions for Plant.
3. Team member for formation of HR and Administration processes.
4. Responsible for Factory License registration and timely renewal. Compliance of statutes under Factories
Act and State Factories Rules. Liaison with Factories Inspectorate office.
5. Responsible for compliance of all Acts under Industrial Labor law applicable to Plant and Sales office.
Liaison with Govt. Labor Offices.
6. Responsible for Shops and Establishment Act registration and renewals of Sales Offices and statutory
compliance and support.
7. Responsible for Safety Management of plant premise.
Desired Skills:

#Education : Graduate and Master/PG diploma in Human Resources / IRPM / Social Welfare (MSW)
#Experience : Minimum 8 - 10 years in Plant HR functions.
#Skills : Knowledge of Labor laws, Salary & Wage Administration, Functions under Plant Administration, Recruitment
# Must be presently located at Gurgaon/Manesar/Bhiwadi/Bawal or nearby areas.
# Must be willing to relocate to Bhiwadi.
