Exp: 3-6 years; Should be done I.T.I or Diploma in Instrument Trade. Panel internal wiring verification and wiring of system cables from the cards to controller Able to take readings of all Instruments Maintenance & trouble shooting of field instruments Calibration pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter (RTD, Thermocouple) DP transmitter, Level Transmitter (Radar (E H) (FMP-40, FMR-231) Flow Transmitter (Vortex, Endress Hauser, Coriolis, magnetic.) Online calibration and trouble shoot of instruments like pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow Transmitter (YOKOGAWA, ROSEMOUNT) All types of Switches, gauges. Pre commissioning, Commissioning Start-up activities experience in the Calibration of various electronics, Smart instruments, Knowledge of p&id, ILD, location diagram, functional block diagram etc. Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of VFD Drives Knowledge of Yokogawa DCS Witness of Calibration All instrumentation equipment like as pressure transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Pressure Indicator, Temperature Indicator, Control valve, ON OFF valve, SDV, PSV, and etc. Knowledge of LOTO system Hand on experience of Loop checking Knowledge of Meggering & laying of branch cables as per cable schedule with plate, glanding ferruling and termination of cable with proper dressing Awareness of Basic Electrical and Plant Safety knowledge To be Able to carry out calibration of all process instruments & to resolve the issues occurred at the time of calibration. Able to Co-ordination with other disciplines for the issues occurred at site. Experience of field activities like Instrument Installation, Impulse tube & Pneumatic tube installation & testing. Basic computer knowledge
