Role Description

This is a full-time junior Architect role located in Hubli. Some remote work is acceptable. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of architectural projects, working closely with other architects and engineers. The Junior Architect will also help with developing plans and estimates, executing project goals, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience with design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building materials and construction techniques, as well as an understanding of sustainability and environmental impact
  • Strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
  • An understanding of local and national building codes and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus
