Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Kozhikode. The Junior Architect will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural designs, drafting plans, creating building models, and performing site visits. The Junior Architect will collaborate with other architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design software
  • Experience working on architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Experience working on commercial or residential projects and proficiency in Revit is a plus.
