Position Overview

Omnicom is leveraging Intelligent Automation to bring deeper intelligence and velocity to its clients and employees. We have established a dedicated Center of Excellence, program management platforms and protocols, and partnered with Microsoft as a leader in the Intelligent Automation space. We are looking to expand our team with individuals who have a solid technical and development foundation, and with a desire to broaden that into the exciting areas of Intelligent Automation.

We have a role for Tech Lead – Intelligent Automation. This role entails you to lead the technical automation workstream for multiple clients/agencies, being responsible for driving innovative thinking and identifying the challenges and opportunities. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and support various stakeholders to realize the goals and visions of the Automaton CoE function at Annalect India. Serve as bridge between business and development teams throughout all project phases; effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients’ needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee dedicated development PODs for platform automations and IA based solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of technical experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Development & unit testing of integrations between various end points in accordance with CoE’s leading practices and design principles.
• Champion a positive and collaborative team culture and promote a habit of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Design and Creation of automated solutions using Power apps to replace existing integrations.
• Interface with subject matter experts, process owners, developers, etc., in support of enhancing knowledgebase and intellectual capacity within teams.
• Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
• Share technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years’ experience in a technical lead role delivering IT projects with MS .Net across a diverse set of clients using Agile methodology.
• Strong Experience with Microsoft- based cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure and integration between Power platform and Azure offerings
• Understanding the sense of OOP/OOD/DDD and design patterns.
• ASP.NET MVC experience.
• Database experience (Sql Server) and ORM technologies (LINQ, EF or similar)
• Hands on experience with SQL database systems
• PowerShell & VBA experience is preferred
• Hands on experience with Source control system (Git/BitBucket)
• Exposure to CI/CD automation

Additional Skills

• 2.5+ years of experience in MS Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
• PL400, PL900 Microsoft Power Platform developer certification would be added advantage.
• Azure certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with Azure environment configuration, and Power Platform connectors.
• JIRA experience is a plus.
