Function : Capacity | Planning

Job Description : As follows for Capacity

1.Analyze historical data and identify trends to foresee the operational issues and propose cost effective solutions.

2.Forecast the hub stress levels, shipments pendency, manpower utilization on a monthly and daily frequency.

3.Manpower availability planning for the last mile delivery hubs considering various factors such as rostering, historical data, regional holiday impact, field inputs.

4.Preparing daily MIS for manpower availability, forecasted hub stress levels, daily performance metrics.

5.Coordinate with various stakeholders to solve day to day operational challenges and business problem

Job Description: As follows for Control Tower

1. Keep a track of all Ekart metrics which may impact the health of supply chain

2. Complete end to end ownership of the number one metric for Ekart: Reliability. Process set up and streamlining across all assets for all issues which may impact reliability.

3. Maintaining great customer experience for Priority services (NDD/SDD)

4. Ability to deal with huge ambiguous data sets coming out disparate systems and spreadsheets of several distributed teams

5. Strong business and Financial acumen to convert a number analysis into a business story and understanding where opportunities are and chasing them with innovative ideas

6. Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approach. Adhoc breakdowns/disruptions to be managed and also communicated to customers (external or internal)

7. Manage Asset operations assurance by close monitoring of operations & stakeholder management

8.Weekly / Monthly summary for all key Metrics to improve customer satisfaction

9.Provide inputs to design / product development with CT’s point of view after collaborating inputs from various stakeholders

10.Exercise preset levers and/or new identified levers in the event of breakdown/disruption for Tech issues, external issues and internal operations

11.Monitor shipment flow, pendency, cut off misses, functional breaches, breach risks in the respective assets

12. Conceptualize and own action items to improve service/speed/reliability/experience across Flipkart’s Product, Tech, Design and Operations teams
