Leader - Data Breach Review
Data Coding Mohali, Punjab

EXO Edge is looking for an experienced leader to help us manage our data breach review process. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead a team of data breach reviewers and be involved in day-to-day operations management.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:

Primarily focused on:

  • Team and process management
  • Creating a robust environment to lead and manage data breach review projects

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle the management and execution of breach review processes
  • Perform validation checks and audits on the data captured by the first line associates
  • Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) and share the information with the training and management team
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and best practices regarding review, process documentation relating to internal processes, workflow, and support information
  • Manage multiple and changing priorities and expectations

Bringing in the below experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of managing a similar team and 3 or more years as a business/data/financial analyst

Technically sound in:

  • Experience using Discovery database platforms tools like Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, etc.
  • Strong background with advanced MS Excel analytical capabilities such as
    • PowerPivot
    • DAX measures and relationships
    • Power Query (SQL)
