Role

Manage and lead a team of at least 300+FTE’s within the operations department.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.
Take ownership of key performance metrics, setting targets, and driving teams to meet or exceed them.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align operations with overall company goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a large team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions and operational excellence.
