Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, edit, and produce engaging video content showcasing our properties, success stories, industry insights, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.

2. Scripting and Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling scripts and storyboards that align with our brand message.

3. Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage to create polished and impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

4. Channel Management: Manage and optimize the Victoria Realtors YouTube channel, including uploading videos, creating eye-catching thumbnails, and writing engaging video descriptions.

5. Trends and Insights: Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience preferences to continually improve video performance.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure video content aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
