Job Description

Srajan Welfare Society is currently accepting applications for the Mass Communication internship program. Our organisation mainly focuses on Women Empowerment and focuses on providing education for every aspect of society. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting with various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. BBA, MBA, PGDM /Management can apply.

2. Only females are allowed (Ist, IInd, and IIIrd year are eligible to apply)

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Hardworking, Ability to multitask, Cope well under pressure.

5. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Roles and responsibilities-

1. For Management students the complete training will be given in 4 phases-

2. Recruitment, hiring, taking interview, sending offer letter, induction and orientatio

3. Marketing, advertisement, promotion, social media handling, digital marketing

4. Sales, convincing power, communication (oral and written), approaches, fulfill day to day goals

5. Administration, Research and development, analysis, strategy making, team handling and managing, content writing, blogs, article
