• We are seeking an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to join our manufacturing company. As a QMS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. Your primary objective will be to uphold and enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement the Quality Management System:
• Create and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Design and implement quality objectives, metrics, and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements:
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices related to quality management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and oversee documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives:
• Identify process inefficiencies, quality issues, and areas of improvement within the organization.
• Lead and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address quality gaps.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement and reduce non-conformances.
• Provide training and support:
• Conduct training programs to educate employees on quality policies, procedures, and practices.
• Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing and maintaining the QMS.
• Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Supplier quality management:
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and ensure compliance.
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess and monitor their performance.
• Resolve supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles within the manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality compliance in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in leading and managing quality audits, inspections, and certifications.
• Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, problem-solving, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven track record of successfully driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving quality objectives.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to upholding quality standards.
• Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) are preferred.
