Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Improve Receipt Quality through improving RIR time, escalation of repetitive issues, suppliers etc. Liase with Supplier Quality Improvement group by communicating the supplier non conformances and ensure the action plan from SQI. Ensure Quality of incoming components at receipt stage as per drawings. Monitor Vendor rejection & Implement sampling inspection techniques through Statistical tools. Conduct detailed analysis of failed part of assembly. Improve DOL performance (Overall FES & Local supplier). Monitor & improve component Audit process. Support customer quality for analysis of field issues & implementation of new projects. Support new & existing plants for horizontal deployment of RQA system & New initiatives. Conduct Local supplier audits to improve Local supplier DOL. Monitor & improve traveller card, gate audit issues of Engine & transmission aggregate. Review component audit parts parameters with CQA for warranty, ZDA & stock yard LPH issues. Standardize & upgrade receipt inspection system across FES.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering

General Experience

28 to 32 yrs

Critical Experience

System knowledge of APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
