Role Description

  • Handling administration and commercial aspects in Sales & Marketing Commercial

Primary Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators

1. Vendor Management -Co-ordination with vendors on procurement of goods and services required for Marketing initiatives aligning Commercial and brand hierarchy, Helping in negotiation with vendors, Agreements
Ensuring timely & accurately raising of POs, Timely payments to vendors
2. Coordination with internal stakeholders like corporate accounts, taxation, SSC, Branches, IT, Finance for daily routine activities
3. Ensuring vendor account Hygiene – Open advances, Open GR’s, No due certificate from vendor, Monthly provisions
4. Co-ordination with Central compliance team and field Sales commercial team for on various compliance reporting.
5. Monitoring of spends and highlighting deviations
6. Cost monitoring of Budget vs Actuals and highlighting exceptions
7. MIS – Weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS relevant to commercial Hierarchy

  • PO and invoice processing within the defined SLAs
  • Vendor Management
  • Compliance tracking and reporting
  • Accuracy of data
  • Highlighting exceptions
  • Timely revert on queries

Scope of Work

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend): Handling Sales & Marketing spend of approx. 10 crores
b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):~ 2 ~

Key Interactions

Internal - Commercial hierarchy, Sales team, Compliance team, Internal Audit, Accounts, SSC, IT, Legal etc.
External - Vendors

Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications

Essential

Any batch of graduation
Hands on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), SAP

Desired

Any professional course would be an added advantage

Previous Experience

Desired

Prior experience of 1 or 2 years in Accounts or Commercial is preferable. Experience of working on SAP ERP would be an added advantage.
