Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: SB Road , Pune

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, along with knowledge of digital marketing and other marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
  • Content Development:
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including website content updates, social media postings, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Support lead generation efforts by identifying target audiences, researching prospects, and assisting in the development of lead generation campaigns.
  • Track and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities, and coordinate with sales teams for lead qualification and conversion.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the industry.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support marketing decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.

Offered CTC: Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
