This role involves end-to-end management of marketplace orders for the brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Track orders on all marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Firstcry etc

• Ensure all orders from these marketplaces are processed and dispatched by the warehouse on time

• Resolve any issues related to marketplace orders by coordinating with relevant teams

• Ensure inventory distribution across warehouses to keep products active

• Plan inventory and dispatches for online resellers

• Track and manage returns for marketplace orders

• Track and verify payment reconciliation


Eligibility:

• Understanding of different marketplaces especially Amazon, Flipkart

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a working on order management operations

• Solid understanding of account health, B2C, B2B order fulfilment KPIs

• Ability to coordinate within multiple stakeholders

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, growth oriented startup

This role involves end-to-end management of marketplace orders for the brand.

The location for this role will be Mumbai however it will be a remote working role, with an expectation of the team member having to travel twice a month to the warehouse at Bhiwandi.
