Reliance Jio is Hiring for Medical Advisors



Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Prior Call Center experience in a medical office
  • Secures Internal customer information and maintains confidence by completing and safeguarding information
  • Follows up with Internal customer and may make calls to asking if they were satisfied with the service they received.
  • Receives, directs, and relays telephone
  • Responds to calls efficiently, not put time saving before quality of service.
  • Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by team lead.
  • Responsible for inputting very detailed information on the Internal customer .
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Provides information to callers on practice policies and procedures such as getting (insurance, id, etc.).
  • Responsible for report generation and analysis in support of departmental goals and objectives.

    • Desired Candidate Profile :


  • Knowledge of multi-line phone system.
  • Proficient in computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong organizational skills
  • We should hire across India(Mumbai preferred)
  • Position has no supervisory responsibilities.
  • Any Graduation required.

    • Mandatory:


    1.Should be flexible with a 9 hours rotational shift and 6 days working.

    2.Fluency in English and Hindi.

    3.Should be flexible to work from Office post pandemic.Work Location- RCP(Navi Mumbai)

    4. Flexible to relocate if not from Mumbai.

    5.Minimum 2 years experience in the medical calling role.
