Roles and Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call and meeting existing or potential clients.
• Handle Buyer Accounts, interact / communicate with buyers and ensure their requirements and query are well understood and served
• Coordination with sampling and other departments for making of samples, sales samples, coordination with production manager and other departments to make sure products are made as per what is approved by buyer
• Identify business opportunities by finding new customers or product ideas to company
• Adjust and prepare the content of sales presentations by studying the Business of the potential Clients
• Should have the ability to understand creative storyboards, concepts to communicate the
  same to the Photographers and the production stakeholders.
• Should have a good understanding of various mediums of creativity, like 3D, Compositing, Colors, light moods, etc.
• Should have Hands-on experience in creating PPM Presentations.
• Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management
• Capable of turning leads into deals
• Coordinate with design department for development of new samples as per Buyer requirement
• Coordinating with the Buyers on day-day basis and sending photo offers to clients.
• Keep abreast of market trend and guide company in innovation as per client needs and latest trends
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Shipping, Technical, QA, Finance & Administration to ensure smooth workflow for order follow-up.
• Maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Note : Female candidate preferred

• Minimum work experience of 3+ years as a Merchandiser in hard goods or interior.
• Results orientation
• Excellent communication in English written & Verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Attentiveness to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask.
• Must have good knowledge of Excel, power point, outlook & Photoshop.
