About the team

This role is a part of our Remote Infrastructure Management Team. Cloud infrastructure technologies within Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Google Cloud. An analyst who understands not only cloud technology concepts but also a solid understanding of networking in general and system interdependencies. Candidate will not only handle incoming support items but will also serve as a customer advocate. Candidate will participate in internal FIS troubleshooting sessions with internal FIS customers.

What you will be doing

• Experience of working within a Network enterprise environment.

• Experience of Network Management Tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

• Ability to work as part of a global team and build effective working relationships

• Experience with Routing

• Experience with Switching

• Experience with Firewalls

• Essential Certification - CCNA

• Preferable Certifications – CCNP, JNCIA etc.

• Good understanding of various ITIL processes.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Ability to manage workloads to achieve targets

• Ability to show knowledge of Network Technical understanding.

• Ready to work in 24X7 rotational shifts
