Roles and Responsibilities:
Document and take accurate action on the Queries.
Perform the back office operations.
Interact with client and provide them the required data.
maintain and handle client information in sheets.
Communicate with our services and clients.
Should clarify customers queries and give an appropriate solution.

Skills:
Good Knowledge in MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexible to work in US Shifts.(8pm - 5am).
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Excellent salary package.
