Contenuto del lavoro

  • Owner for P&L of the centre. Exercise delegated financial and administrative power to him/her.
  • Manage day to day operations at the respective centre
  • Coordinate and interact with the Statutory & Government Bodies/ Ministries, Police and other departments.
  • Responsible for governance, implementation of the organizations vision, mission and value
  • Design the strategic and operational plans and implement the same within budget
  • Monitor and measure the performance of the centre against the stated business and quality objectives for the organization
  • Define and establish the organogram for respective centres. Align the organogram across the organization
  • Recruit and/or appoint the senior leaders in the centres
  • Support and implement safety initiatives and quality improvement plans
  • Inform the public, patients, referral doctors and healthcare providers of the quality and performance of services
  • Review and implement effective sales and marketing strategies with the respective teams for the centre
  • Maintain the cordial relations & understand the requirements of consultants for delivery of medical care
  • Manpower Planning and management. Initiate and maintain continued training activities and competency evaluation at the centre
  • Initiate and review disciplinary action in instances of non-compliance to company policies
  • Review and provide management information about the facility to stake holders in a timely manner. Own and drive data collection and analysis from the MIS for the respective centre
  • Institute an effective grievance redressal system both for the employees and the patients.
  • Manage the handling of VVIPs, Insurance, TPAs, planning of bed distribution, OT planning and OPD planning in the facility & streamlining the Customer Care Services
  • Drive projects aimed at building capacity, value, capability and reach of centers
