We at BNY Mellon are currently hiring for the position of Anlyst, Ben Adm, Strat and Del-Pune.

Looking for candidates with the below skill set.

Experience: 2-3Years
Assists more senior professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining effective benefit plans that support and promote employee well-being.
Helps to ensure programs comply with legal and regulatory standards and are executed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Supports more senior professionals in interactions and information exchange with vendors.
Under direct supervision, provides guidance to managers, HR Business Partners and employees on standard benefits questions, issues and claims escalated through the People Center.
Assistance on Vendor Management, Invoicing & Data Reconciliation.
