Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at our Ludhiana location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with different departments, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations management
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
