Roles and Responsibilities:-

Political Information related tasks:Assisting the team in gathering information from ground, analysing information from different sources, creating reports and notes. Additionally, the PA will also be involved in handling the ground team (field associates) for gathering the political inputs. Also, PA will be developing his own influencer network for getting ground inputs.
Campaign related tasks:Monitoring and Executing election campaign of client either centrally or through ground visit.
Data cleansing and other IT tasks: PA will be involved in tracking the quality of responses in on-going survey forms in his zone and will also help his Zonal Incharge in data cleansing tasks. Additionally, he will be also leveraged for data cleaning of excel sheets used for quant models.
FA management: Managing a team of around 15 field associates and ensuring that they are completing their daily task. Additionally, PA has also to ensure that FAs are following all organizational level compliances

Skills required:-

Has a good political knowledge and understanding
Good IT skills (Can work on google docs, spreadsheets and other MS-office tools)
Open to extensive travelling
Open for long working hours (6-7 days of working in a week)
Is comfortable with Hindi and English language (read, write and speak)
Must have a smartphone and laptop or desktop for work.
