Company Description
Ethix Digital Prints is one of the powerful printing house in palakkad we have offset and digital printing machines and signage equipments. and now we are in updating level so we need some new colleagues to work with us at least 2 years or above

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Operator at Ethix digital Prints located in Palghat. The Printing Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing machines, ensuring that they are properly set up, calibrated, and in good working order. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any printing issues that may arise during the printing process. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong technical skills and is able to work well in a fast-paced production environment.
SHOULD HAMaintain a record of inks and consumables for digital printing machines.BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN HANDLING MACHINE.
HANDLING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EQUIPMENTS.
SHOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT MEASUREMENT.
CorelDraw and Photoshop software Experience is a must.Previous experience as a printing machine operator or in a related field.Knowledge of different printing techniques and equipment.Technical proficiency in adjusting machine settings and troubleshooting.
Physical ability to lift and handle printing materials.Knowledge of basic computer operations
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.Operate and maintain machines to produce high-quality copies and prints
Handle paper and digital documents for printing,
Load paper trays and cartridges with appropriate materials
Adjust settings and select print options according to job requirements
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines
Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all printed materials.Check incoming work for accuracy and completeness. Prepare machines for printing including alignment, testing, formatting and adjusting layout accordingly. Determine types of paper, colors and settings for a wide variety of jobs. Monitor jobs for accuracy, completeness, quality and timeliness.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating and maintaining printing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot printing issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Determine types of paper, colors and settings for a wide variety of jobs. Monitor jobs for accuracy, completeness, quality and timeliness.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
  • knowledge of different printing techniques and equipment

Experience in graphic design, pre-press, or color management is a plus.
