Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide transaction advisory and bid process management support including preparation of bid documents, managing bid process, carrying out bid evaluation, preparation of bid evaluation report, issue of letter of intent, signing of contract for appointment of suppliers for goods and services for smart city projects
• Regular interaction with client, stakeholders and contractors and modifications accordingly.
• Formulation of contract/ concession agreements for EPC/ PPP projects.
• Lead all procurement related activities for Ujjain Smart City projects
• Contract negotiation, contract management, contract closure and monitoring of performance as per the contract.
• Design and develop procurement manual for SPV, and model bid documents and project information memorandum, for smart city projects.
• Any other task assigned by Project Manager / Team Leader

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in planning / engineering / law with Masters in engineering / Management
