Job Description: This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers, develop strong relationships with customers, sales and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with our customers and providing them direct sales support.
  • Marketing activities, potential client research
  • Monitoring Sales Plan Vs Actual- Reviewing monthly sales.
  • Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with product team
  • Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).
  • Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers

Job Requirements:

  • High drive level and ability to be proactive.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical sales support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
  • Preferred Bachelors Degree in (BE/B-tech) in Mechanical/electrical Field .
