The right candidate will have the proven ability to dive deep into complex customer challenges, understanding how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges, and influence the other product managers to collaboratively implement these solutions. You will guide the integration, market awareness, customer demand, and adoption of this platform to global organizations. You will drive the product planning lifecycle from market validation to strategic planning and execution.If you are passionate about solving complex problems and making a direct business impact, this team will be a great fit for you.Responsibilities

• Owning a specific product area, driving growth and continued improvement while acting as
• the expert in your product space
• Facilitating an Agile team environment to maximize output throughout the product
• development lifecycle
• Partnering with engineering and the wider PM team as well as executive stakeholders t o
• identify and document customer needs and use cases to define your product roadmap
• Driving innovative development, with a roadmap that maximizes customer outcomes, and
• minimizes technical debt
• Leading your product’s strategy, by aligning multiple stakeholders, delivering valuable
• outcomes, and realizing the product’s intended impact
• Analyze and understand the competitive landscape for IT financial management and how
• features and user experience can improve our product position in this market.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Total - 12 to 15 years of experince
• Track record of championing the voice of the customer, conducting customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Deep passion and curiosity, with a desire to create innovative solutions,backed by data-driven insights
• Strong financial acumen, with an ability to develop a product business case and drive commercial success through a deep understanding of impacts to P&L and SaaS metrics (e.g. LTV, CAC, NRR)
• Experience driving product ownership and growth across the full product development lifecycle, with demonstrable examples of successful product discovery and launch.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships, relying on influence rather than authority, establishing a shared product vision.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience implementing A/B testing at scale, tracking and diagnosing funnel metrics with a proven record of generating growth through analytics
• Prior Product Management experience in an Agile development environment, driving large product growth on a cloud focused platform or product with exposure to DevOps / GitOps solutions, AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with IT Financial Management SaaS offerings
