suite of products spans across personalized learning apps, operating systems for schools
and question answer support. Our original product, Toppr Plus, boasts of the highest
engagement in its segment (~2x of the closed competitor). Toppr Answr is ranked among
the world’s top ed-tech sites by traffic. Toppr has been a trend setter in the Indian ed-tech
ecosystem, and was one of the first to build ML based adaptive practice. Toppr Doubts
platform has a first response time of 45 seconds for 99% of the chats. More than 1 lakh
students attend virtual school on SchoolOS daily.

How are our teams organised?
Our teams are organised as self contained pods which own the learning experience for a
segment of users across all the platforms. A pod consists of a dedicated designer, product
manager, 20-25 engineers and 2-3 QAs. They are led by a Product Leader and an
Engineering Leader. Pod members collaborate heavily to decide the direction of their
product.

Product Manager Role
As a Product Manager, you will lead a pod to build for a single segment of users. Your pod
will own the products for their segment. You are responsible for defining the problems and
guiding your team to build solutions. You will have 2-3 Product Associates as part of your
team. Your pod will also have 10 - 15 engineers. You will report to a Senior Product
Leader.

What are we looking for in our teammates?
We are looking for product managers with 3 to 5 years of experience building products. We
wish to work with PMs who can bring their experience of having built products of very high
quality. The PM should be able to guide our team to analyse data and conduct user
research. Since the PM is responsible for defining the problems of the user, they should
have a strong understanding of user behavior patterns.

Responsibilities:
Understand Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Spend time with the Product, Sales, Marketing, Knowledge, and Finance teams to get
up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
Maintain a strategic product roadmap and daily backlog. Solve problems in a structured
and systematic manner.
Ensure timely delivery of enhancements to Toppr’s core platforms through smooth
collaboration with multiple teams.
Constantly create personalized learning paths to help students learn faster and better.
Understand and communicate customers’ needs and perspectives to inspire the broader
organization, and help conceptualize new products.
