Futuro Infra is a Civil Infrastructure development Company based in Bangalore focusing on Roadworks, Irrigation and other civil projects.

We are looking for dynamic, versatile and career-oriented personnel to strengthen and fulfill its increasing manpower requirement of our running and upcoming projects at Chikanayakanahalli, Tumkur.

Position: PROJECT MANAGER-LIFT IRRIGATION

Job Responsibilities:

· Strong knowledge and experience of civil & road engineering principles, methods, and deliverables for infrastructure projects.

· Should have good hands-on experience in pipeline activities, structures and water treatment plant.

· Should have good hands-on experience in planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, progress and budgeting activities etc.

· Responsible for all activities such as earthwork, laying, testing and commissioning of MS pipeline, DI pipeline and HDPE pipeline.

· Strong knowledge of erection and commissioning of jack well/ pumphouse and water treatment plant.

· Execution of all construction activities as per quality management system.

· Extensive knowledge on welding technologies, fabrication, and construction of overhead tanks.

· The ability to interface with clients, subconsultants, government officials and other remote resources, contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Supervise and execute work at the site as per design and drawing. Maintaining records of work executed.

· Ensuring site execution in accordance with quality, safety & environmental standards.

· The manager shall have good domain knowledge and should have experience of site civil execution, piling, field survey, field inspections, bar bending schedule, job procedures, resource planning, measurement & bill certification, material re-conciliation, final documentation, vendor / contractor management, quality / HSE management and knowledge of relevant codes.

· Assist and cooperation with estimation team for correct estimation and costing of designed project.

· Providing required and necessary technical specifications for pipe, fittings, construction materials and construction activities.

· Oversee and mentor staff. Proactively liaison with clients to manage service expectations and commitments.

Candidate Requirements:

· Education – BE/ B Tech (Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering)

· Years of experience - Minimum 15 years of civil engineering experience.

· Candidate should have executed one drinking water supply project.

· Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and technical specialists

· Should have excellent organising and problem-solving ability.

· Project management and supervision skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Languages- English, Hindi, Kannada & Telugu

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
