RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaison/SPOC between selling entities and factory incl. engineering teams
Responsible for sales shipment growth
Develop and execute the annual business planning and forecast
Develop the market analytics and guide the product development plans
Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy
Develop and execute the new business opportunities by enhancing the product market coverage
Develop and execute the sales communication plans
Coordinate the customized requirements (product deviations) from sales teams with cross functions in the factory

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage.


EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of total work experience which includes experience in factory operations, sales product management. Experience in project management shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.


ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED

1. Strong/clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
2. Must be proficient in English (spoken, written)
3. Ability to team across functions countries and resolve conflicts
4. Proficient with MS office tools
