3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
4. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and promptly, considering lead times, inventory levels, and production requirements.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering and production teams, to understand component requirements and ensure timely procurement.
6. Monitor supplier performance, track delivery schedules, and address any issues or delays to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication, and resolving any disputes or discrepancies.
8. Continuously evaluate supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement or alternative sources.
9. Implement strategies to optimize procurement processes, such as vendor consolidation, inventory management, and cost reduction initiatives.
10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to electronic components and ensure adherence to relevant standards.

1. Bachelor\\\'s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role within the electronic component distribution industry.
