Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate will be required for all commercial procurements including but not limited to Raw Materials and Packing Materials for Pharma Company
Ability to calculate costing for FG.
Co-ordinate with Factories, Supply Chain, QC, Stores, Marketing, Accounts etc. to ensure timely delivery and payments of materials of required quality.
Will be responsible for Vendor Development & Management, Negotiation and Preparation of MIS Report. Organize and interact with vendors. Facilitate vendor meetings with supervisor to resolve escalated issues.
Obtain all relevant information from vendor for system registration & qualification documents as required by QA.
Collect and collate data on spend, outstanding payments, open requisitions / orders etc. Share collated report with supervisor.
Assist in end-to-end activities for renewal ARC / AMC / new rate contract after supervisor’s approval.
Assist stakeholders in post material delivery writ installation / usage / rejection / replacement.
Assist in gathering information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes, and prices.
Provide inputs based on issues faced in day-to-day operations. Execute approved initiatives under guidance of supervisor.
Collect/provide data on vendor performance and share inputs with the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability
Knowledge of Pharma products, Negotiating skills
Must be able to keep calm and make quick, clear decisions while coping with pressure.
An organized professional with the ability to manage time and people to deliver expected results
The candidate must have a systematic approach to solving problems.
Must be fluent in English and familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point , CorelDraw and Internet.

Requirement:

Be willing for immediate appointment, if selected.
Candidate having minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and at least one year in a similar role will be preferred.
