Roles and Responsibilities


Negotiation with vendor and supplier.


To create a database of potential and current suppliers.


To check the quality of material provided at sites.


Bills verification and vendor payment.


Collect all the quotes from vendors & make comparative for the same.


Co-ordination & follow up with Architects /Consultants for requires quantity & quality.


Checking product availability at different Vendors with best rate negotiation.


Prepare contractors agreement, work contract & service order.


Maintain track sheet of work order & service order in excel stage-wise of payment status.


Approved makes to be final with management before placing the order.


Work Closure to be done with billing & audit of all submitted bills.


Check daily basis requirement on indent sheet.


To keep a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency.


Vendor development


Send Purchase /Work order to the vendor


Co-ordination with Accounts department regarding bills

Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Supply Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Cost Accounting, Control Engineering.

ensure a cost-effective supply of quality products.

Plan and Procurement of all kinds of Engineering items and materials, Industrial and domestic electrical parts, Safety and protection related accessories, Hardware, Wooden and Corrugated Packing, Printing and Stationery, Computer Hardware and accessories.

You will be maintaining relationships with vendors and operators to supply the company’s needs, overseeing inventory of all products, creating and processing invoices, sourcing products, and working with other divisions in the company to ensure needs are met.

Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the production and ensure no line stoppages.

Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Desired Candidate Profile


Must belong from the construction industry (Luxurious Projects i.e. Villas, Khoti, etc )


Must have his own convenience to interact with vendors/suppliers.


Must have 5+ years of experience in Vill / Residencial projects.


Have hands-on experience for SAP/Tally.
