A leading organisation in manufacturing of metal hardware and bathroom fittings is looking to hire an experienced Quality Manager on urgent basis for their unit located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
Job Position: Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Must have good experience in internal audits and ensuring external audits are conducted effectively.
Lead a team of Quality engineers & inspectors.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customers and internal requirement
Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
Conduct periodic management review meetings.
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Define develop and deploy product quality assurance strategy, assuring all stages of product development.
