•Develop RCM project management best practices and action plans for the sector

•Draft detailed execution approach and business plan

•Supervise site level implementation to ensure value accrual and improvement in key drivers

•Ensure consistency in equipment classification, FMEAs, RCAs, tool implementation, etc.

•Conduct trainings to enhance compliance and usage

•Leverage central and external expertise to support specific site initiatives

•Measure, track and report performance on compliance and value accrual through automated systems

•Design manuals, SOPs to improve reliability of critical operator operated assets

•Develop an ecosystem of external technical experts and vendors for best practices, troubleshooting and capability development

•Develop the long-term vision and roadmap for RCM project management at Vedanta

•Provide thought leadership, develop standards and targets for RCM and Defect Engineering

•Develop strong relationship with O&M leads to understand pain points and develop improvement roadmap

•Set KPI targets, in conjunction with leadership team for reliability improvement across Smelter

•Develop an ecosystem of external experts, vendors and technology providers on Reliability
