Job PurposeSales Officer CLAP is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source loan againstproperty loans from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls references. Also, they need towork closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Consumer LAP business.Key AccountabilitiesMarketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.Branch leads follow up and conversion.Conversion of leads to logins.Achieving assigned monthly productivitySourcing quality portfolioJob Duties ResponsibilitiesCold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated forCLAP business.Distribute C-LAP brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.Conduct market visits and promote CLAP to prospective customers.Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.Understanding customers requirement for business loan and pitching the right product as perrequirementLogins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.Maintain daily sales report.Collect 2 references from every customer for C-LAP business.Age, Educational Experience RequirementsAge22 to 35 YrsEducational Qualification GraduateRelevant ExperienceMinimum 1 to 3 Years of LAP / sales experienceCore Competencies SkillsSales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain ExpertiseSales Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings,Closely work with Branch TeamObjection handling, Product knowledge.This job is provided by Shine.com
