Duties & Responsiblities
Develop and edit RFI’s and smaller Proposal information requests from prospective clients.
Responsible for the creation and delivery of the final proposal package to the prospective customer- via email, customer portal, fed ex, etc.
Collaborate effectively with members of our sales, marketing, finance, Legal, and product offering teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.
Maintain ownership of and work to optimize Cherwell’s online RFP response software and content database. Work cross departmentally to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in our messaging and pricing methodology.
Maintain ownership of and work to optimize online RFP response software and content database.
Work closely with Proposal Managers, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to further understanding of proposal process

Minimum Qualifications

1+ year experience in project or proposal coordinator type of role

Preferred :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and able to learn other programs, as needed.
Experience in a ITSM/SAAS/Software environment preferred.
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with RFP and Content Management Tools.
Be familiar with core sales processes and underlying methodology.
Familiarity with maintaining documentation for RFP content database
