Job Description

Handling the sales files once sales is closed by the sales team.
Closing sales by Coordinating with Operations team & Suppliers.
Negotiating with the suppliers on the pricing part & comparing the rates from the other suppliers too.
Voucher handover to the customers.
Putting extra efforts to make extra revenue or profit once the sales is closed.
Cross selling of other available products, other destinations, retargeting clients.
Responsible for resolving the customer’s end-to-end ground challenges from Departure to return and Ensuring the best customer experience.
Completing Customer feedback process once the travel is completed.

Requirements

Requirements

Excellent communication skills. Should be flexible for shifts. Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Holidays - post sales.
