Responsibilities:

On-board retailers to our platform and pitch them about the products available with us.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Go On-Ground and meet all the potential customers and convince them to place orders to
Yojak.
Follow-Up on all existing leads and convert those leads into customers.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to
maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports on their sales funnel and status of all leads and their conversions.
Should know how to deal with Large Order Values.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the building materials industry.
Knowledge of Building Materials Industry with experience in either Ceramics or Faucets.
Strong communication skills (Hindi/English and Local Language)
Excellent persuasive skills
Ability to negotiate with customers on prices
