Salary range- Rs 40,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Peacock County, a prestigious real estate township located in Alwar. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in presenting and promoting the project to brokers and potential customers, requiring exceptional presentation and communication skills. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining the site office to ensure a high standard of guest experience, involving supervision of site cleaning, processes, and service procedures. Candidates with a background in hospitality are preferred, as this role demands an acute understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation and Communication:

Articulate the unique selling points and features of Peacock County to brokers, potential clients, and visitors.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the township.

Engage in active communication with brokers and customers to address queries and concerns promptly.

Site Office Management:

Maintain a welcoming and presentable site office environment that aligns with the premium standards of Peacock County.

Supervise and manage the site cleaning team to ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout the property.

Implement and oversee efficient site processes to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Monitor and enhance service procedures to ensure that all visitors receive exemplary service during their interactions.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

Continuously assess and improve the guest experience by identifying areas for enhancement.

Gather feedback from visitors, brokers, and customers to make informed recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align service quality with the overall brand image.

Broker and Customer Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and potential customers.

Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, negotiations, and collaborations with brokers.

Provide exceptional customer service to guide potential clients through the purchasing process.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on-site office activities, broker interactions, and customer engagement.

Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing sales strategies and site office operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or hospitality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Leadership skills to manage and motivate site office staff.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
