Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bharuch. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, devising and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with new and existing clients, and collaborating with cross-functional departments such as marketing and customer service to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the industrial safety equipment market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Knowledge of industrial safety equipment and regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
