We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join Miraculum Kia, an authorized dealer for KIA India at Belagavi, Karnataka.

Preferred: Experience in Automotive Dealership/ Specialized experience in Kia Dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure focused sales in the dealer territory
  • Motivating and building a strong team to meet the customer expectations
  • Reviewing the performance of the team and taking corrective measures
  • Ensure manpower retention through training & and other engagement activities
  • Support customer care initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience should be in an Automobile Passenger Dealership.

Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills to analyse sales figures find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies
  • Team management and training skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Good listener and speaker to help customers and employees understand the directions and recommendations
  • Should have a fair understanding of Government policies and surrounding market activities
