Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for the position of Sales Manager at App Skool. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and continuously improving the sales process.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and foster a positive team culture
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software, sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing data-driven decision-making
