Role: Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend Customers At The Sales Office, Answer Their Queries And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
  • Must Achieve Monthly sales Targets.
  • Respond to customers And Follow up Sales Enquiries using Appropriate Method.
  • Update Customer Feedback in ERP.
  • Must be well worst with real estate terminologies and skills
  • Strong system skills
  • Strong communication skill
  • Strong presentation and convincing skills

Must Have:

  • Graduate from a recognized Institute / University in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in real estate.
  • Strong Computer knowledge and can understand the basic software.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Should be good in written and verbal communication with good knowledge and effective in using system with assigned software.
  • Proficient in English and Kannada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
